This yoga mat has a flower alignment system that can enhance your full body symmetry and strength over time! It provides excellent comfort and grip for gentle yoga and mat pilates. What sets this mat apart is that it is grippy without being sticky, and that it is ultra durable and easy to keep clean.

Dimensions and Weight

• This large yoga mat is spacious for people up to 6'2" tall and the specs are 69cm x 183cm (27” x 72”). 
• 4mm thick. 
  
• This yoga mat weighs 6 lbs (2,8 kg) and is easy to bring with you using a yoga mat carrying strap.

Care Instructions

• For a deep clean, spray with vinegar and water (1:3) parts using a spray bottle. You may choose to add a couple of drops of essential oil, like tea tree oil for a more pleasant scent.
• On sunny days, you can even leave the mat out under the sun to keep it even more fresh.
• You can fold this mat but for best care practices it is better not to crease it. It already has a thick rubber base that offers support.
• Roll it up with the image on the outside. 

Materials

• Eco-friendly yoga mat that includes a thin layer of (PU) polyurethane, a printed alignment system, and a thick recycled natural rubber base.
• The top of the mat is soft and comfortable with excellent grip for gentle yoga and mat pilates.
• The top layer has a minimally open-celled structure, so it can absorb a little moisture while you sweat, while still keeping the mat clean over time!
  
• Rubber base provides padding that makes the mat comfortable and stable to practice on, and also protects sensitive joints.
• The rubber itself has up to 20% recycled natural rubber content and 60% or more natural rubber content.
• This rubber meets SGS-certified product quality and safety standards.
