Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours and get shipped out with our reliable shipping partners, including Purolator and Canada Post for Domestic, and DHL Express and FedEx for International. 

Standard deliveries take 3-5 business days and express deliveries are received within 1-3 business days. For the most accurate shipping estimates, please refer to the checkout page. Once your order is placed, we’ll keep keep you updated with a tracking number. 

We take full responsibility for all shipping costs and include buyer protection. If you do not receive a product within the expected delivery window, please reach out to us at Orders@crk.store and we will respond within 24 hours, and resolve any delivery issues.
