Once you place your order, we’ll get it fulfilled within a day and shipped out with the most reliable provider we can find. You can expect shipments from Canada Post, Purolator, DHL and UPS. Most standard deliveries within North America, Ie Canada, USA and Mexico, will be received within 3-5 business days, and if you opt for express, within 1-3 business days. For other countries, it might take a little longer—but we’ll keep always keep you updated, including accurate information and delivery estimates!

We cover any import costs to the USA and Mexico and duty payments are typically made within 24 hours so that you can receive your package as quickly as possible. If you decide to pay the duties, please email us at orders@crk.store with a screenshot of your receipt and we will offer you a store credit. Only applicable orders may be eligible for a credit back to the original payment method, so it's usually best to wait for us to arrange any import fees.
