Once you place your order, we’ll get it fulfilled within 24 hours and shipped out with a reliable provider. You can expect most shipments to be delivered by Canada Post, Purolator, DHL Express and FedEx International. Standard deliveries within North America (Ie. Canada, USA and Mexico) will be received within 3-5 business days and express deliveries can be expected within 1-3 business days. For other countries, it might take a little longer—but we’ll keep always keep you updated, and include accurate shipping information and delivery estimates!

We cover import costs within North America and duty payments are typically made within 24 hours when they become available. If you paid the duties yourself, only applicable orders may be eligible for a credit back to the original payment method. Duties may or may not be covered outside of North America and the best way to confirm is to check that your shipping method says 'Coverage Included' at checkout.
