Read these Terms and Conditions thoroughly as they impact your legal rights. By accessing, browsing, creating an account, buying any product(s), or by simply using this website (as defined below), you agree to be bound and comply with the terms set that are presented herein. By accessing and using this website, whether you are a registered account member or not, you unequivocally acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and are in agreement with these binding terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not access or use this website.

The terms oversee the admission or use of this website, mobile app or other Crk product or service (jointly the "Website" or “Site”) on any computer, mobile device, tablet, console or other device. These terms, including all the information referred to herein, oversee your admissibility to, use of services, and purchase of products from the Site and access to and use of any text, data, graphics, information, software, videos, photographs, audio, and other materials, and programs that we may make available to you. The terms apply retroactively to any use or claims that arose or were raised prior to the posting of such terms, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law. We may change the terms at any time, without any given notice, effective immediately upon its posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site shall be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Site and its contents are designed, operated and administered by Le Shop Crk Inc. (hereinafter “Crk”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Admissibility to the Website

It is your duty to make certain that your hardware and software equipment (tablet, computer, laptop, notebook, or other mobile device) meets the required specifications and compatibilities to allow you to access and use the Site. We give you a personal, nonexclusive, limited, nontransferable license that gives you access to the Site, to be used for the information and services it contains, limited to your personal, non-commercial use as described in these terms. We may, occasionally, restrict access to specific features, parts or content of the Site, or the entire Site, to anyone and everyone, including its registered users.

2. Account Creation

You must make sure that any registration details you provide are correct. If you decide or are given log-in credentials (like a username and password or any other identifier) as part of our security protocol, you are required to regard such information as classified. This means that you shall not under any circumstances divulge log-in credentials to anyone else. You oversee all of the activities that happen under your log-in credentials and must immediately inform us of any unwarranted use or breach of security you become cognizant of. We hold the right to deactivate any log-in credentials, at any moment, if we believe that you have not complied with these terms.

3. Ordering & Availability

You may buy products on the Site, that’s limited to personal use only and cannot be used for resale and by ordering on the Site, you attest as such. We may refuse orders for any reason, and you may not receive a reason, and it is totally up to our discretion. We may choose to cancel any order, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and with zero liability towards you or another person. Orders that are placed on the Site are subject to email confirmation by us. Crk will issue a refund if your credit card has been charged already for an order that is cancelled later. The products shown on the Site are subject to running out of stock or they may be discontinued, so availability is never guaranteed.

4. Shipment & Delivery

Ensure that the delivery address you have entered to the Site is accurate because your order will be sent to the delivery address you specify when placing your order.

We uphold the right to refuse delivery to any country that is forbidden by upheld export laws. Delivery of orders cannot be fulfilled to P.O. Box or addresses that are similar. Products within a single order can only be delivered to one address. The shipping costs as outlined in the order confirmation page of the Site for the products that you purchased are your responsibility.

If you purchased products that are part of an international delivery, they may be handled and inspected by customs authorities and are subject to import duties and taxes upon reaching the destination. You will be required to make a payment for duties and taxes to receive your products. We do not have any responsibility over these charges. You may obtain further information by contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order. Anytime you make a return, you will be required to contact your local customs office to reclaim any duties directly and if your duties were already included in the purchase price, then you will be refunded by us.

Crk is not to be held responsible for any breach of laws by you and it is your duty to comply with the laws and regulations of the country for which the product(s) are headed to. All loss or damage to the products you purchased is at your own risk, upon delivery or collection. This is considered to be the moment that you accept a shipment by a common carrier, have paid in full for all amounts related to the product(s), and any delivery charges, has been received.

5. Pricing & Payments

Prices are all listed in whatever currency you have selected or by default in USD and have the applicable sales tax (based on your shipping address) applied to them, but do not include delivery costs, which get automatically added later to the total amount you owe, once you see the items in your shopping cart and have chosen your delivery method. Product pricing and cost of delivery as seen on the Site can change at any time, at the discretion of Crk. Some of the payment methods offered on the Site to pay for products may be subject to added terms, conditions or policies upheld by third parties who oversee those payment methods or products. Making use of a third-party payment method is wholly and completely made at your own risk.

6. Products

We have displayed the Product(s) accurately, including colors and any other details however the actual colors and details may differ from what you see depending on your screen monitor or lighting, and so may not be the same. The product descriptions, including size and weight may at times be incomplete or with error. This Site’s product images are for illustrative purposes only, and so are provided as a guide to the actual product.

7. Services & Programs

On this Site we offer services that are in the form of an exercise program, which may not be suitable for everyone. It is necessary to consult a physician or healthcare specialist before performing any of the exercises in this program. Always contact your physician or health care specialist if you have any questions regarding your physical conditions or if you experience any changes regarding your physical condition, prior to performing the exercise program on this Site. We do not recommend following the program on this Site if you have any chronic or recurring physical conditions, and/or if you are pregnant, nursing, or elderly. The exercise services are only for fun and can in no way be used in place of medical advice or counseling. All exercises performed and use of this Site for your exercise routine is strictly at your own risk.  You are responsible for all risks of injury that can occur because of this program, and we will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages, complications, or injuries that may result from the use of this Program.

8. Returns

We’re happy to accept returns from purchases that have been made on this Site on all items that are eligible within 45 days of the date of purchase. Refunds will be made out to the original payment method. Returns will be processed once the item is received and will only be processed if the correct item has been sent to us. Be careful to only return the item for which the return was approved. Returns may take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to be processed from the time which the return item has been received and then a refund will be issued. Returns may not be accepted for gift cards and certain customized products. However, a product defect may make any item eligible for return given that you get in contact with Customer Service.

9. Prohibited Use

You shall not use this Website in any way that is illegal or objectionable, as it is strictly prohibited. Using this Website specifies that you agree to Not engage in an activity that may be considered illegal, harming of towards others, or giving rise to civil liability. Consider these activities prohibited, but are not limited to the following: (a) activities that lead to the transfer or display of threatening, unlawful, obscene, libelous, harassing, sexually explicit, hateful, profane, pornographic, or defamatory information or media; (b) involves transmission of junk e-mail or spamming activities; (c) activities entailing promotion or use of any virus; (d) an activity that may be considered a violation of any law, statute, or regulation; (e) any infringement upon a legally protected property right, etc.; and/or (f) creation of links from any other website to the Site, without asking and being given written consent, or being given our prior written consent.

You are required to only use the Site and anything that it has available in a responsible manner, and never in any way that may cause damage to our reputation or name, or any of our affiliates respectively. You shall never use robots, data mining, scraping or data gathering methods that are similar. Crk holds the right to closely monitor any transmissions and take investigative action towards any alleged or prohibited use of this Website, and to transfer to the appropriate entity information relating to such forbidden use. Crk, its directors, partners, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and/or subsidiaries shall not take responsibility for, and explicitly disclaim, any accountability relating to a person’s illegal action or prohibited use of this Site. Violations of this section may result in us terminating our services to you, not limited to any other action Crk determines appropriate under the circumstances.

You agree that by using this Site any information transmitted to, by or by its use by you, shall not be considered proprietary or confidential. Your use of the Site implies that you understand and agree that internet transmissions are not absolutely private or secure. You understand that there is a possibility for messages or other information that you send to this Site to be read or intercepted by others.

10. Intellectual Property rights

There are copyrights, service marks, and/or logos (Intellectual Property) of Crk on this website and possibly of Crk’s Affiliates. The Intellectual Property belongs to its respective owners and no one else. You concede and accept that the Intellectual Property belongs to its owners, and you comprehend and accept that you do not obtain, through use of this Site or other, any title, right, or interest in or to any Intellectual Property. You are in agreement that you will not change or delete any ownership notices from the Site’s materials, whether downloaded or printed from the Website. You are also in agreement to not copy, modify, broadcast, translate, perform, display, distribute, republish, reproduce, download, display, post, transmit, exploit or sell any Intellectual Property or any of the Site’s content without written consent from its owners. You may not participate in any activity which modifies, copies, translates, performs, broadcasts, displays, distributes, reproduces, republishes, downloads, posts, displays, transmits, exploits or sells such Intellectual Property from the Site either. There is no part of these terms that shall be deemed as giving any license of Intellectual Property rights to you and all rights to such Intellectual Property are reserved.

11. Modification to Terms & Conditions

Crk has the authority and the right to make changes to the Site and its terms at any time, without notice and we will inform you of any modifications to the terms by publishing them on the Site. Your continued use of the Site means that you have read and accepted these changes, which shall be applied retroactively to any use or claims that came to light before the publishing of such Terms, limited by the extent interdicted by applicable law. If you do not agree to modifications of the Terms, your sole course of actions is to cease using the Website.

12. Site Content & Changes

It is possible to find technical inaccuracies or typographical errors on this Site. Crk may change, remove, add, discontinue, or suspend any content posted on the Site, including certain product features and specifications, and other services described or depicted on the Site, in the interim or forever, at any given moment, without advanced warning and without liability. If you do not consent to any such modifications to the Site, your only option shall be to discontinue your use of the Site.
