Cork Yoga Mat Guarantee:
- If you feel your cork mat is showing signs of use, you can get a replacement mat after 2.5 years on any mat of the same value or less, or pay the difference on the price that you originally paid.
- Must request within 6 months of the guarantee start-date
- Only eligible for one free replacement mat.
- If you feel that your mat has a defect before this time, you may claim your free mat early, however you may no longer be eligible for the 2.5 year guarantee in that case.
Yoga Mat Warranty:
- If you feel that your yoga mat has a defect, you may claim your warranty within 6 months of receiving it, and get 1 free replacement mat.
- If we find that there is no major defect with the returned mat, you may not be eligible to use this claim this again on future orders.
Shipping
- Whether it's a guarantee or a warranty claim, we require that you send us back the original mat.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs, unless we offer to cover them.
