If you feel that your product has a defect, you may claim your warranty within 6 months of receiving it, and get a free replacement item:

• Simply reach out to us at orders@crk.store and include your order information, and a picture of the defect. You can expect to hear back from us within 24-48 hours.
• Once your request is approved, we will immediately initiate your refund.
• In the event that we request the product be sent back to us, we may find that there is no defect, and it could impact your ability to use our warranties again.

If you feel that your cork mat is starting to showing signs of use, you can get a free replacement after 3 years on any cork mat of the same value or less, or pay the difference:

• Submit your request within 4 weeks of the guarantee start-date, which starts on the same date that your original order was placed, 3 years later.
• Email us at orders@crk.store and expect a response within 24-48 hours. Include a picture of your current cork mat showing signs of use, your full name, and to make the process go even faster, please include your original order number.
• Once your guarantee request is approved, you must pay for any shipping and shipping-related costs in order to receive your free replacement mat.
• We may not approve a request if we cannot locate your original purchase on our website, not all steps were followed, you are outside of the guarantee window, or it is your second request.
• One cork mat purchase = One guarantee. You cannot use this guarantee more than once per purchase.
• The only time you may be eligible for more than one replacement mat is if your cork mat has a defect (See warranty).
