6-Month Quality Warranty

Every Crk mat is covered by our 6-Month Quality Warranty from the date of delivery. 

If your mat arrives with or develops a material defect or surface imperfection (such as surface irregular texture, uneven prints, edge separation, or peeling), you are eligible for a replacement or a direct refund of the product purchase price.

How to file a warranty claim:

• Email us: Send an email to orders@crk.store with your order number and full name.
• Attach photos: Include 1–2 clear photos or a short video showing the surface irregularity or defect.
• Quick resolution: We review all claims within 24–48 hours. In most cases, no physical return is required once photo verification is approved.

  1-Year Cork Mat Wear Guarantee
  
  We want you to love and use your cork mat to the fullest. If your cork mat is completely worn through within 1 year of your order date, you can claim a free replacement mat of equal value:

• Eligibility: Valid on all cork mats purchased directly on crk.store (one replacement per purchase).
• Timeline: Submit your claim within 30 days of reaching the 1-year anniversary of your original order date.
• How to claim: Email orders@crk.store with your original order number and a photo of your mat showing the wear.
• Processing: Once verified, you simply cover a standard $10 handling fee plus shipping to receive your fresh replacement mat.
