Refund policy

We’re happy to accept returns from purchases that have been made on this Site on all items that are eligible within 45 days of the purchase date. Please reach out to us at Orders@crk.store to have your return approved. If you live in Canada, you will be sent a prepaid return label. If you live elsewhere in North America (Ie. USA and Mexico), we will process your prepaid return label for $25.99, and that same amount will be removed from your refund. You may choose to purchase your own return label. 

Products returned with prepaid labels must be shipped back to us within 3 weeks of receiving the label. If not, the label will be void and you will be responsible for purchasing your own return label. Outside of North America is 100% responsible for any return-related costs. Your product(s) must be returned in their original product packaging, unused, and in their original condition to receive a full refund.

Refunds will only be processed only once the item(s) are received. Please only send us the item(s) for which the return was approved. Refunds are made out to the original payment method and can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to be processed.

*Note: Warranty refunds apply to the product purchase price. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.*

Returns may not be accepted for gift cards, limited edition items, customized products, or liquidation/final sale purchases. Please see the product page return information in that case. 

If you feel that you have accidentally purchased the wrong item or that the wrong item was sent to you and require an exchange, we will accommodate you and pay for any shipping-related costs to get you a free replacement. We may only offer this once per order, so please make sure to ask us if you have any product-related questions before you purchase, Info@crk.store.
