General
This mat is our staff pick for outdoor practice and it has a lovely hibiscus flowers design 🌺! While it has some weight to stay in place on outdoor surfaces, it is relatively compact and portable.
Dimensions and Weight
- This yoga mat is spacious for people up to 5'11 tall and the specs are 61cm x 183cm (24” x 72”).

- This mat weighs 6lbs (2,8 kg) and is easy to bring with you, even on small trips with your yoga mat carrying strap!
Care Instructions
- For a deep clean, spray with vinegar and water (1:3) parts using a spray bottle. You may choose to add a couple of drops of essential oil, like tea tree oil for a more pleasant scent.
- This mat also air dries really well and can even be cleaned by leaving it out under the sun.
- You can fold this mat for extra support during longer holds.
- You can bring this mat outside to practice because it is very durably made and easy to keep it clean.
- Make sure to roll it up with the hemp on the outside.
Materials
- Natural organic hemp plant fibres with minimal print and position lines, and a recycled natural rubber base.
- Hemp yoga mats tend to be the go-to for outdoor practice because they are durably made and can withstand the outdoors. Hemp is naturally antimicrobial and debris can be easily shaken off.
- Hemp surface feels super comfortable on soft surfaces like grass and sand and can easily form to the ground while providing a comfortable and stable surface to practice on.
- The grip on a hemp mat is enough to have a great practice and it doesn't change when wet. Rubber provides the padding that makes the yoga mat comfortable to practice on.
- The rubber base has up to 20% recycled natural rubber content and 60% or more natural rubber content and it meets SGS-certified product quality and safety standards.

These mats are amazing! I’m very picky when it comes to mats but these are perfect in every way. They have good grip and are very comfortable to use. We used these outdoors for a Pilates event and they held up very well on the grass. 10/10 I recommend !!!
