Dimensions and Weight

• This yoga mat is great for people up to 6' tall: 61cm x 183cm x 4mm (24” x 72”). You can email us at info@crk.store to request a custom size mat.

•  This compact mat weighs 6lbs (2,8 kg) and is very portable, especially with a yoga mat carrying strap. 

Care Instructions

• For a deep clean, spray with vinegar and water (1:3) parts using a spray bottle. You may choose to add a couple of drops of essential oil, like tea tree oil for a more pleasant scent.

• This mat also air dries really well and can even be cleaned by leaving it out under the sun.

• You can fold this mat for extra support during longer holds.

• You can bring this mat outside to practice because it is very durably made and easy to keep it clean.

• Make sure to roll it up with the hemp on the outside.

• Hemp surface is not known for comfort however a hemp yoga mat can protect you from the ground and provide a more pleasant surface to practice on. 

• Hemp is naturally antimicrobial and debris can be easily shaken off. 

• The grip on a hemp mat is enough to have a great practice and it doesn't change when wet.

• Rubber provides the padding that makes the yoga mat comfortable to practice on.

• This rubber has up to 20% recycled natural rubber content and 60% or more natural rubber content.
