This mat comes with two position lines to help you with your alignment in positions like plank and wide legged forward fold. 

Dimensions and Weight

• This yoga mat is great for people up to 6' tall: 67cm x 186cm x 4mm (26” x 73”). You can email us at info@crk.store to request a custom size mat.

•  This is a Medium yoga mat: 6.2 lbs (2,8 kg). This mat is easy to carry to your local yoga studio, and you can comfortably walk with it for up to two hours.

Care Instructions

• For a deep clean, spray with vinegar and water (1:3) parts using a spray bottle. You may choose to add a couple of drops of essential oil, like tea tree oil for a more pleasant scent. 

• This mat also air dries really well and can even be cleaned by leaving it out under the sun. 

• This mat is not meant to be folded but it has a thick rubber base that offers support.

• Make sure to roll it up with the cork on the outside.
