Outdoor Yoga Season is starting in Montreal—2025!

We will be hosting outdoor yoga this summer in partnership with some of the best yoga and pilates instructor in MontrealSTAY TUNED. More details coming soon!!! 

 

1)        Yoga with Paulina —Yoga in the Park

Location/Meet-up: La Fontaine Park

Time: Saturday or Sunday at 12PM, check schedule. Already begun!

Cost: Donation based

Why go? Paulina is dedicated to making yoga accessible for everyone, which is particularly beneficial during outdoor classes where the terrain can be uneven and distractions may arise. She holds her sessions in La Fontaine Park, one of the city's most stunning parks, renowned for its spaciousness and towering trees. If you’re new to yoga or working within a tight budget, you’ll be relieved to know that attending her class doesn’t require a hefty fee—just donate whatever you can!

 

2)        SUP Yoga

Location/Meet-up: Park Jean Drapeau or Lasalle 

Time (Park Jean Drapeau): Thursdays and Wednesday’s at 630pm, starting June 26th!

Time (Lasalle): Thursday 630PM, Friday 10AM, and Saturday 1030AM starting June 19th!

Cost: $100 for 4 sessions or $30 à la carte

Why go? This is an amazing challenge for anyone who practices yoga regularly! If you thought the crescent lunge was easy, just wait until you try it on a wobbly paddleboard on the water! It’s a whole new level of difficulty, and you’ll engage so many small muscles. There’s something truly exciting about performing yoga poses and flows on a SUP board, allowing you to connect with nature while enjoying your practice on the water. Plus, the fun really begins when you jump or tumble into the water—it's all part of the adventure!

 

3)    Old Port of MontrealClock Tower Beach Yoga

Location/Meet-up: Clock Tower Beach 

Time: Tuesday’s from 6-7PM, starting June 25th!

Cost: $19 per session

Why go?  If you enjoy the finer things in life, this outdoor yoga experience is for you! Practice yoga on a pristine, sunny beach with stunning views of yachts and the Old Port, then relax in beach chairs on the sand, enjoying the refreshing sea breeze by the Saint Lawrence River.

 

4)        Yoga on the Canal

Location: 2983 rue Saint Patrick, right next to Café Ma Bicyclette 

Time: Monday-Thursday at 6PM, Friday at 12Pm, and Saturday-Sunday at 10AM, starting May 31st.

Cost: $325 Early Bird Special for unlimited yoga all summer or $15 each session.

Why go? This outdoor yoga spot is centrally located in a beautiful area of Montreal, just off the canal. After yoga, you can rent small boats, shop at the Atwater Market, or enjoy nearby beach volleyball courts and ping pong tables, making it an ideal destination for outdoor flows and summer fun.

 

Take Note: There are many yoga studios that advertise outdoor yoga, however, no longer offer it! So, this list is your best bet for outdoor yoga funbut definitely check-in with your local yoga studio just in case!
