Just a quick note about our handmade straps. Since each one is crafted by hand, we can’t guarantee they’re completely free from little imperfections that might happen along the way. That’s why we’ve got our buyer protection policy in place. It ensures you’ll have a strap that’s in great shape for at least a year. If you happen to spot any loose strings on your yoga strap during that time, just snap a picture and send it our way. We’ll send you a replacement strap at no cost!
Most straps hold up really well, but it’s nice to know you're covered just in case. Just a heads up, though: if your strap has beads, the buyer protection doesn’t cover beads that fall off. They’re made from a lightweight wood, so they don’t last forever. If one does come off, you can gently tap the other beads with a hammer, and they’ll come off easily too. The strap still looks beautiful without them, so you can keep enjoying it!
