This antimicrobial mat is most loved by teachers and studio owners, especially for hot yoga and hot pilates. Use the alignment system to improve your form and have improved full body symmetry over time! Pro tip: Cork mats should only be used by those who have experienced sweaty palms and feet, otherwise grip won't work - at least a little moisture is needed.

• This large yoga mat is spacious for most people up to 6'2" tall and the specs are 68cm x 183cm (26” x 72”)

Care Instructions

• Regularly clean your mat using a spray bottle and a cloth. Wipe it down with water, vinegar, and tea tree oil. Fill your bottle halfway with water and then nearly up to the top with vinegar, then generously add tea tree oil for a more pleasant scent. 
• You must air dry this mat when wet.
• This mat is not meant to be folded but it has a thick rubber base that offers support.
• Make sure to roll it up with the cork on the outside.
