We’re happy to accept returns from purchases that have been made on this Site on all items that are eligible within 45 days of the date of purchase. Please reach out to us at orders@crk.store to have your return approved and to be provided with a pre-paid shipping label. To receive a refund, you have to send the product back in its original packaging. Returns will be processed once the item is received and will only be processed if the correct item has been sent to us. Refunds will be made out to the original payment method. Be careful to only return the item for which the return was approved. Returns may take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to be processed from the time which the return item has been received and then a refund will be issued. Returns may not be accepted for gift cards, limited edition items, and certain customized products. However, a product defect may make any item eligible for return.
