"Before launching Crk, I was training as a commercial pilot. But between aviation school and navigating personal health setbacks that were tough to diagnose, I found myself questioning the path I was on. Movement, health, and wellness weren't just routines for me—they were my anchor.

I realized my true passion wasn't in the cockpit; it was in creating something grounded and healthy that genuinely supports people in their daily lives. I started Crk in 2025 to design yoga and pilates gear that feels natural, durable, and inspiring to step onto every single day.
